Is there a max number of pitches that should be thrown per day in a game situation? I have a 12U team that has 3 very competative pitchers that are throwing in the 50-52 MPH range. They all are throwing a fastball and a change up at this time while working on a curve. Is there a rough guideline of pitches per game or multiple games in one day?

It depends upon a lot of factors. If you have the pitching, I would rotate them through the pool games of a tournament, and then during the elimination tournament, I would plan on pitching my big gun either the 1st or 2nd game, and then the final game.
If the kids are 12 or 13 YOA, they could handle a couple of games in one day. But, I wouldn't have one pitch all the games during elimination play.
