Justin Stone says it will cause bat dumping and longer swing path which will effect timing on high velocity pitchers. Says the angle of the torso and shoulders, maintaining resistance will create proper swing path.

Lisle is a college baseball coach. He isn’t a pro instructor. Just because you have worked with a few pros doesn’t make you a pro instructor. All his titles are college softball/baseball instructor/coach. Correct? Not PRO.
