Looking for bat 12 year old under $200

My DD is 12 ... 5'2" around 90 pounds.
Current bats are 31/18 (old Osterman Aluminum that is about 5 years old and her bat of preference)and 31/19 (Zephyr) (handed down from sister) ...

looking for a decent bat under $200 for a Xmas present ....

Saw the Synge for $160?
Catalyst?
Demarini Vendetta is $100 but reviews not so hot.

She plays 14U travel and LL and is pretty aggressive at the plate .. hitting well and never strikes out looking.

The only things she asked for were Uggs and her own bat ...
great grades, great kid ...so hoping to surprise on a limited budget.

Waiting a year for the Xeno for the 14 year old! LOL
Her Miken Rain has been great so far.

Her Miken Rain has been great so far.

DD's had 2 Vendetta -12s. 1 broke and was replaced under warranty, but both had good pop. Because of the durability issue, which apparently has been fixed, it's a great bat for the price, especially if it comes w/ receipt and warranty.

The Catalyst is the best bat that you have on your list. I have used a 32,22 for several years. I loaned it out to a 13 YO, last week. It is a hot bat year after year and it only gets better. I would try a 31 in h for your DD.

What model Catalyst ..just looked up and several models ....the yellow one ..2011 versus 2010 preference?

I purchased an Easton Synge (32/20.5) for my 13 YOA DD's Christmas present. My DD hasn't used it yet, but I swung it to try it out and it's the best balanced bat I've ever swung. Everything just feels "right" with it. I'm told the Synge has good "pop", but DD's bat hasn't actually hit a ball yet so I can't say for sure. If you're looking for a balanced bat under $200, the Synge would be a very good choice.

We got DD a Synge as well for Xmas. She tried one at a tournament and liked it a lot. I think I paid $160 for it. This will replace her purple Mendoza which she's done very well with.

On my search I see whitw with yellow lettering and yellow with yellow lettering ...
both SRV6B EASTON 2011 SYNGE listed ...

I've only seen a white bat with white "Easton" lettering and black and yellow "Synge" lettering. My DD's bat is a 2010 model, made in June 2010. Maybe the 2011 models are yellow?
