Leap maybe a simple fix. My DD did the same thing at that age. If she keeps her heel up the toe may stay on the ground the entire time. Keep your heel up corrected the leap for my DD in one day.

I don't see a big issue. I wouldn't bring it up to her. But it wouldn't hurt to guide her a little in the correct direction so it resolves.

Her load onto her drive foot is a little late. She does a load onto 2 legs initially, then another load where some of her weight moves forward, but you can still see her back foot set down as the weight drops to the back foot. Then she loads onto the drive foot after she is already going. I would bring her back foot forward 3 or 4 inches and if that doesn't add a little more lean forward, have her lean over a little more at the waist as she loads onto her stride foot. I prefer to see them look like they are going to sprint off the rubber. She doesn't look like she is in a sprint posture until she is already going.

In short, a little shorter stance and a little more bend at the waist will get her weight more forward. Then when she strides, the push should have a little more forward motion and less up.

Updating with today’s pitching session. In the last few months she has had a big increase in velocity going from 34-36mph to 40-42mph.. It looks like she is starting to figure out the whole IR/whip thing.

I feel like the difference in the before/after is she is getting brush now so the elbow stops moving forward for that bit in the after when it gets to her side where as it keeps moving in the before.
