I'm am always looking for new gear and tips and tricks to improve my own game (which is just watching my 2 DDs play). So post your setups here. This is the gear I take to every game in order to livestream games and always capture highlights to be used for making videos of the tournament weekends, and capture those great plays to be used in the future for recruiting.

I mainly use my daughter's phone to stream the games and a second phone for TagUp. I made a mount out of a selfie stick (to be able to reach up high if needed), a garage rake holder turned upside down (to hang on the fence), some bungie straps to hold everything snug, and an attached external battery to run power.

I use some articulating arms on each mount, in order to get just the right placement and avoid any fence in the view.

My wife prefers the FenceClip mini mounts inside of my hanger setup, so use those depending on who's filming.

For TagUp I use an old apple watch to control the feed, so I don't have to be near the backstop. For the GoPros I use old phones with just the GoPro Quik app on them to start and stop the video, mark what I want to keep, and delete files that I don't need.

I have some lens wraps that I can use to hang over the gear, in case it is super warm or raining.

My younger DD's team doesn't not use TagUp, so for them I use a GoPro 7 to capture highlights.

Several backup batteries and cords not only for my gear, but because everyone and their kids know I have extra batteries and cords and always come asking to charge up their devices!

I have a gimble to use to get nice steadycam shots, usually of off field stuff, as will as a hand held gorpro mount.

One cause of random extra parts and pieces in case something breaks.

Everything goes in an old bat bag, so I can hang it on the fence.

Great set up!

I just started playing around with media capture at DD HS games (not running GC so I have free time). I bought a GoPro 10 with a couple of fence mounts (one clip-on and one bungee type). I've live streamed with an iPhone as well using the book of faces live. Have a Cannon 80D with a Tamron 18-400 lens for still shots and video as well. Back up batteries and cables.

One thing I've been thinking about for summer travel ball is cooling. Where we play heat is a major issue for cameras. Almost every camera set up I've seen will shut off at some point in a day due to overheating. I've been doing some research and was looking at shade, heat sinks, and cooling fans to allow for all day recording in 100+ degree heat. I recently came across this site and ordered one of his cooling systems. https://camcooler.com I have no affiliation, but will say the owner was super responsive to my questions and seemed like a really nice guy. I can report back once it heats up this summer on how it works.

Love the storage bins for spare parts and will need to add some soon.

All fits in an old backpack with some sunscreen and water. I'll be adding a carabiner to be able to hang it from the fence as well.

Cameras (I also have a couple of GoPros), mount, and a couple of accessories are housed in a 12" Casematix case...

The camera case, two 20kmaH batteries, a pouch of cables, a first aid kit, and other assorted bits are hauled around in a backpack.

The CamCooler seems like a really cool addon. Will be adding that to my wishlist of gear for sure.

Hoping someone has some experience with a recent live stream issue. This year I have been live streaming to Facebook the high school games so friends and family of players can watch. The players have walk up music and there is also music played between innings. Facebook pauses the streams (about 25% of the game is missed) due to copyright issues so I am looking for alternatives. I believe YouTube has the same policy? Is Team Manager the only option to get around this issue?
