Also, what do you guys think of the VeloPro? Are they legit?

The VeloPro belt? My Now 14 yo DD has been using one for a year for both hitting and pitching. Well-constructed, like it as a constraint tool.

An inexpensive tool to help for feeling getting into the rear heal is a furniture slider. Hitter places under the ball area of the rear foot.
Rear foot will slide backwards if weight too much on the ball. Got the drill from Rachel Folden. I think it helps understand float and having a tight turning window. At least for me it did.

Is it a hard tool to set up based on height or whatever?
