Is Slapping going to be a thing of the past?

I sure hope not, dd has been working her tail off for two seasons now! Just watched a video on my phone this morning that I forgot about. DD is at the plate, watches a called strike and then drops a beautiful drag bunt. The great part about the video is the complete chaos that follows Everyone is screaming, charging the ball and in the background you can hear the ump call her safe on the throw. Probably her first at bat of the game if I recall correctly and the defense wasn't ready. Fun to watch.
