Just make sure you can talk terminology besides just "do you teach IR".

Have them describe the movement of the hand and arm thru the pitch.

I can't +1 this enough. I went to a highly respected PC in our area without asking and got a HE palm down at 9:00 instruction. Uhggg.

So I learned (so I thought) and asked the next few coached I talked to about palm up at 9:00. I finally found one, that taught that. I shared a slo mo video (I don't remember who, maybe scarborough) as an example and got confirmation that this is what we are talking about. Yes!!!!!! I got to the lesson and the first position she puts my dd is a T with palm down. WTF!!!!!!!!!

Make sure they understand what you are talking about. Good luck
