i know this isn't softball but it's such a great story i thought i would share it. this young man is absolutely amazing and has garnered quite a bit of national attention. he is such an inspiration that one of the teams in the baseball college world series this year had this article and his picture up in their dugout.

when we went to practice tonight his team was on the field before us and i got to watch him play a little bit. talk about guts and heart...
