Not sure if you meant to make it, but you make a good point @Beeg !

The padding in anything ... batting helmets, face masks, etc. ... does deteriorate and/or "harden" over time. Exposure to sunlight, the elements, and even our own body secretions cause the material to break down. Even if it still fits, you should be replacing it every few years.

Does anyone have experience with the evosheild face mask? Apparently there are tabs on the side to adjust to your cheek bones.
