I was wondering if any of your daughter's have done indoor longtoss...(see the Wasserman link below.) I'm thinking ahead to the cold days and early sunsets here in the northeast. I'm curious how you would approach this in say a basement or garage with a tarp setup on a bownet. After a full arm warm-up, would you throw 3-5 throws at say 50% intensity, then ramp up to 75% intensity until you get up to 100% intensity? Any thoughts on how to make this work with underhand long toss would be greatly appreciated.
