Spirals.... You create and use the spirals. Coiling is loading with the spirals rather than having a linear back/forward load.

The core connects the two engines.

Yea, I don't think you understand the different patterns due to tying everything to the rear leg..

These 2 have completely different under the hood actions/reactions.. IOW's they both use the rear leg/hip relationship but for different reasons.. Its why Rich's trained hitters don't match video. Bonds hands are being pulled down by the core (which ties into all his "swing down to" videos ), while kinsler is turning the barrel down behind him synced to the rear leg/hip bind snapping free..

Exactly, 2 different patterns which require different functions to work properly.

Bonds is hitting a breaking ball/off speed. His lowerbody is different.

No, his movement pattern allows him to hit the fb or continue to sit the off-speed.. The only difference is there is more hip extension against the core contraction on the off-speed. This is a natural progression if one moves correctly.. No different lower body actions..

This movement pattern allows one to beat the pitcher to there position to maximize leverage for all pitches.

We shall see. Sitting, everyone sits to hit.

No, not everyone sits to hit. If you are launching from one leg your not sitting and becoming leveraged to hit.

In the first clip the movements seem to be foot first, coming onto the toes.

The second clip the hitter launched with the foot in the air. Nothing wrong with that.

Bonds is flat footed in this swing. Big adjustment happening.
