Got drilled last week by my DD in the batting cage. Pitching machine throwing about 55mph and was MOSTLY behind a screen. Obviously not enough as she drilled me right where no man wants to be hit. I'm clearly getting old, but she crushed this thing. I was curled up in a ball for a few minutes. She and her friends giggled about it all day.

I was a tournament once and walked by a coach in the batting cage doing front toss with no screen. I just shook my head thinking, I don't care how quick you think you are, you can never be that quick.
Next thing you know an ambulance pulls up and EMS goes straight to the cages. I heard by the time he was put into the ambulance he had not regained consciousness.
