Movement but some need to direct it in the beginning till it becomes subconscious.

Do you turn it towards the catcher? It feels way better to me.
Ok for example. If you drew a dot on top of your dd bicep it would face up at 9, toward 3rd base at 7 , toward catcher at 6, and toward first at 5. For the most part.

For me it feels a lot more powerful trying to turn it towards the catcher and it finishes at 5. If I don't try to do turn it towards the catcher it never gets to 5. Pretty much what you stated above. Thanks again.
