DD, a sophomore, hasn't emailed this coach before. The clinic is happening in two weeks. A friend told DD she should send the email less than a week before the day of the clinic. Is that preferable? If not, when is ideal?
I've been having my DD (also a 2022) send emails 2-3 days in advance. If you send too early, they may not open it or may forget about her. You want her fresh in their minds.
2-3 days in Advance is probably right. I know this is not popular but we paid $20 per month for Captain U. She would send emails through this site and it would email her back the moment a college coach opened her email. It also allowed her to upload videos and would alert her if a coach viewed her video. Some good intel for $20 per month
