Just like a majority of your posts here, you have to make it all about YOU. You don't add anything to this board except your ignorance. And the fact that you have 800+ post on a Fastpitch softball board in a few months shows how much of an attention seeker you are.

Here's an idea... You want so badly to get your kid recruited? Go out in the yard and pitch and catch with her and go to the local fields and throw some soft toss for her. That's what a majority of the dad's did on this board to get their kid a scholarship in college. Stop wasting your time arguing on a message board.

To the OP - I apologize for helping de-rail this tread.

12 YO pattar was grounded and couldn't leave the house for a few days (for 12YO pattar in 1986, that was equivalent to taking away a cell phone for 3 years in today's society). Unfortunately that day there was a big bball game set up on the local playground with a bunch of trash talking kids from a neighboring town. So pattar, thinking he was clever, devised a plan where he would tell his old man that he was going out to the backyard with his 4 YO brother to play but in reality would ditch his 4YO brother to sneak off to the playground. This ingenious plan worked for about 20 minutes, but unfortunately for 12YO pattar, 12YO pattar's brother could talk so when pattar's old man asked where he was, pattar's snitch of a brother told him he snuck off through the woods. Well considering pattar spent every waking hour at the playground it wasn't too hard for his old man to figure out where he was. When pattar saw his father coming around the corner he started to run...which if you ever watch crime shows on TV, never ends well. It didn't.

Moral to this story is..don't be 12YO pattar.
