Lol. What is the initial move?

A. Rear leg- keeping it stable as an anchor to create the pelvis stretch reflex naturally.
B. Glutes- creates the forward move. Must have proper posture.
C.upper-rotates or contracts... w/o an anchor the hips won’t stop and you can’t contract well.

See if this makes sense.

Not sure I answered your question...

Trying to stay closed w the posterior chain activated will initiate the launch from the middle. While keeping the lower half closed or inactive as rotators. Make sense?

How do you breathe?

Sounds more complicated than it is. A back leg anchor is a must. And staying closed into foot down is key as well. Using the posterior chain is tough at first. Using the anterior side is death. Folks will get confused by the closed portion bc the pelvis will open naturally.

If you stay square and you initiate the pelvis opening above the pelvis and finish it with the flutes your leg will snap. IMO kinda takes care of everything
