I am on DD #2. Both pitch(ed). Seems to be mostly hello elbow taught in this area. Years ago, after trying HE myself and thinking this doesn't feel right. I decided there must be more. Found Hillhouse(on DVD). With nothing more, turned #1DD into a decent pitcher. Injury wiped out senior season. Along comes DD #2. She loves to pitch, and I would like her to be the best that she can be.(13 yrs old, 5' tall and throws between 50 and 55 with control. Drop, change, still working on correct riseball spin. This requires outside help and research. Anything is appreciated.
