Hi all just found this place yesterday and wish I had before lol. My DD is turning 11 soon in 10U. This year is my first year as an assistant coach. Luckily her head coach is family which makes everything a lot easier and has taught me a lot. Anyways I hope to learn more for myself to help out the team and for her, shes struggling a bit this year with a few things but hope to get that straightened out.
