Proud Dad of a 7 year old! Joining to better help her develop and teach her the correct ways to swing and throw so later in life someone doesn't have to undo my "teaching".
She played a year of t-ball, then last year coach pitch. No longer co-ed this season and switching from baseball to softball (that was a surprise at practice the other night, thank goodness for Amazon!) .
I am sure at this age just playing a lot of catch and pitching her as much BP as my knees can take will be the best thing, but as she progress's I want to be able to help her......
