Hello, I am a father to a 12yr old that is really excited about pitching. Our pitching coach decided to retire because of the pandemic. I am researching and looking for anything that I can to help her. I have the Bill Hillhouse "Building the House" video and it is great! I have also read through BoardMembers post about internal rotation. This site is great so far!
