Heel Click

I know some hate the idea of a heel click but if you teach it, how do you teach it? Looks forced when I see someone teaching it.

If we knew what he was talking about it would help. Otherwise going off my two options I would say yes to the Dorothy version (in the privacy of their homes perhaps) and no to the 10YO Marcela version…

Are we talking about a tap back with the front foot on the gather? If that's what we are talking about, I haven't seen it taught. It's a style thing, and unless it's getting in the way of being able to execute a good swing, I'd leave it alone, if that's what the hitter wants to do.
