Based on your post title I think the best idea is get your hitter in front of a mirror and fix her sequencing. Hands dropping from what I’ve seen is usually just them loading early and then using their hand drop to time their swing. I usually tell my hitters their hands should be working into their launch as the ball is coming towards them. Obviously timing changes depending on velocity but fix the sequence fix a host of issues.
