Hand loads

Is guess the hand load would be any action that takes you to the launch position. Therefor actions prior to the swing or pre swing actions.

I guess that is hand loading.

Thanks Shawn. Discussions on hand loading have confused me. Learning that hand loading has nothing to do with the hands makes sense.

If you break the swing down, Hamilton's hand action wasn't that big. Looks really relaxed in the arms/hands.

My favorite starting position of the hands, in front of back shoulder. I like the down and up/back hand action.
