Had to return dds LXT

Just got her replacement LXT back, 2017 model LXT hyper. She loves the white main color with the different blue color combination. I was surprised it wasn't the 2016 model. I have to admit, LS impressed me with their great service. Off to go hit some balls.

Nice to not see another, "I'm mad the return bat took 2 weeks to get to me" thread :)

But glad to see yet another fan of their customer service. Hard to please everybody but they
really do try to accommodate most everybody

I really was extremely happy with them. They sent it out 2day air. I didn't even ask for them to do that. I called them and thanked them for their great service.

I will try to post pictures when we get back. Dd already took some, I just will have to post them.

I have a buddy who said that his warranty replacement won't come in until June. She had her bat less than a week when the end cap started coming off.
 
They are pretty backed up with warranty returns as they have not been producing the 2016 LXT for some time and the first large run of 2107 Hyper LXTs isn't coming off until late May.

There are a few trickling in now but obviously not enough. They'll be back on schedule once that large shipment hits the pipeline.
