Anyone here familiar with Natalie Merchant? She used to sing for the 10,000 Maniacs.

I took my wife before we were married.......scratch that, she actually took me to see her at a small arena in Charlotte, now I knew the name, the 10,000 Maniacs name! This lady can sing, she gave the best performance, got chatty with the crowd, she laughed, she cried, but most importantly she looked like she was having THE best time singing for us!! Her band was awesome as well, I remember not being to take my eyes off of her! You know.......she's a very nice looking woman but once she started singing and moving, she went from zero to a hundred real quick on the "yeah this is a sexy woman" scale!!

I went from being big ole dummy and definitely not wanting to go........to having a fantastic night! She still throws it back at me when I said "what's next, Lilith Fair??" ;)

Since the moment I became a father, this particular song hits me hard, right in the feels, every single time I hear it.

Okay, let's get back on track, from sexy straight to John Popper! Blues Traveler was ALWAYS a fun concert! Always loved the HORDE Festival.

I remember seeing this concert on some weird obscure cable channel, if I remember right they were raising money for a special needs school?
