The St. Pete/Clearwater invite has already been cancelled for 2021. If the NCAA season is delayed I wonder if they could have pulled off this tourney with "club" teams from a bunch of schools that would have been there. Would have been extra cost to the players, though.

We are still playing friendlies and the occasional one day tourney but it is getting harder and harder as city and county officials put up K rails and fencing on the fields. Some cities have "PRACTICE ONLY"permits and teams/orgs are threaten that if they are seen playing a game on practice only fields they will be banned from ever getting a permit again. MANY teams travelling to AZ to play with an approximate cost of about $750 (or more) a weekend per family.

Would Nevada be cheaper for teams in CA wanting to play?
Pretty much same driving distances to Arizona - Nevada.
Add hotel nights.
Maybe minus no pay day off work?
Most teams monthly dues include tourny, but who know now.
Teams may be collecting pay per event.

Clark County (Las Vegas) has put stricter rules in place. Bullhead is still open for softball, I think. AZ closing down is probably just a matter of time.
