I had agreed on using crack a nut for helping release posture issues. My big thing is just general awareness that a release posture issue might not be an isolated problem as it could be a symptom of an upstream issue. Some kids might be really open not because they are turners or butt-out because they are trying to avoid brush, but instead they may be mechanically forced into those positions because of compensations for a poor glute drive.

Regarding whole body stabilization (glutes, abs, core, etc). My theory is that kids with glute issues also inherently have poor core strength due to the lack of glute recruitment. For instance, basketball students of HA often realize a lot of surprise ab pain when activating and playing.
