Glove size?

My DD is moving up early to 12U. She is an infielder but may have to play outfield. I understand a bigger glove is used in the outfield. My question is what glove for infield. She uses an 11.5 inch now. Would a 12 inch help her adjust to the bigger ball when working on infielding or would it set her back. Basically with moving up early should I let her use a 12 inch for infielding even though that is at the top for infielding (middle infield). She has done great with the 11.5 and a 12 inch ball but would a 12 glove be even better or should she stick with the 11.5 when infielding?

I definitely recommend a 12" glove, especially moving up to a 12" ball.

Just speaking for us, a 12" glove has been the sweet spot size for us from first year 12U through college for middle infield. And it's still serviceable if need be for outfield....not optimum but serviceable.

I'll follow up with a glove question of my own...Daughter played 12U last summer and just turned 11 a few weeks back. Plays center with a 12 inch currently. I'm thinking 12.5, or 12 3/4 next year or the following...Thinking 12 3/4 may be too sloppy for her age yet? Thoughts or opinions please.
