This is the glove I bought for my DD who plays outfield and pitcher. She is 5'2 and plays 12U. Awesome glove, but seems a little big for her but she loves it and catches well with it. She does have small hands as well.
My lefty Of (when not pitching) got a 13" magnolia (she's 5'4). She loves it. Not as stiff as I expected and two in the pinkie really helps with "closure". 80 for that is beyond a good deal. It will get dirty if it's the light color, but isn't dirt part of what makes gloves awesome?
My daughter is a left OF/IF player, she used Mizuno Prime through the end of 12U, which she absolutely loved. It was light, soft and easy to close. When she moved into 14U I got her a Rawlings HOH and let me tell you it has been the best glove. Very durable and keeps it shape and not much break in required.
