My DD is 5'7" 150 and definitely 34/24 Ghost. Also a backup PXT 34/24 when she knows she's facing a pitcher that likes to throw outside. Seems to work for her.
Ghost advanced 32/23 or 33/23 which one??

DD2 got her ADV yesterday, shout out to @CoreSoftball20 ! Did some side toss in the 30’ heater cage. Ball jumps off nice. Sounds a little different also. She couldn’t stop laughing when she hit “cage bombs”. Yeah she loves it and the “squishy knob”. Did comment it felt a little heavier than the 33/23 (23.5 oz)ASA Ghost she’s been working with over the winter. 33/23 ADV weighs in at (24.15 oz). Been swinging a 2012 stealth speed for a cage bat (24.05 oz). Last basketball game today. Then straight into last day of tryouts Friday and right into a round robin this Saturday. She’s a freshie 15 yrs 5’6” about 125lb
