Getting Picked For All American team??

I was wondering how are players nominated for an All American Team? Can someone give me some info about this? (Let Me Rephrase my comment sounded a little disgruntle before) I am not familiar with the choosing process and would like to see if I can nominate some other girls in the same area. Can anyone nominate a player or does it have to be a coach?

i care cause i want all the players to have the same opportunity as anyone in the league. so if i could i would like to nominate a few girls my self.
