Fair enough but from the responses it looks like they are looking at more than just the score

Getting to whine at the scorekeeper is just the bonus.

Parents want to know the score.

Not sure if y'all have this problem, but many of the city parks we play at don't let us use the scoreboards. It's a drag. So yes, people are often using Game Changer at games to know the score. And in some cases, the count.

And in many cases, to see if DD got a hit or ROE.

In 6 seasons, we have only had a scoreboard at two tournaments.

Our gamechanger seems to have a bit of a delay, so the count never matches reality. Or so I am told.

I think that at a certain level (14u and on) it’s important to have accurate stats for a number of reasons.

Our teams game changer believes that if the outfielder doesn't touch the ball with their glove it is is not an error. Not laughing today. I have tried to explain routine effort to them before but does not work. I have told them just because they touch it with their glove doesn't mean it is an error and just because they don't touch doesn't mean it is not an error.

We won the game so I guess I can laugh.
