Full 7 Inning Games

You put two good pitchers with some players behind them and you can get through 7 innings in 18u.

Spoils baseball though... Baseball gets to be like watching paint dry.

I like the idea of 7 innings for championship games.

Bracket and pool play have games scheduled behind them so time limit/run rule those.

Of course if it is rain delayed......

Timed softball is not real softball.
Some of the best games (college/HS) have dramatic swings during the 6th and 7th innings. That's when it becomes evident which team has the stamina to survive a real full game.
