First Move ?

Where does everyone think the first move of the fastpitch swing should be, after stride and toe touch? Top or bottom? Knees and hips starting first, or hands? Also, does everyone like the no stride swing just as well? Which swing is most taught and used in girls fastpitch?

Saying this moves first or that should happen introduces arguments and misusnderstandings on purely semantics. Hit like these clips.

Thanks Mark, certainly not trying to start arguments or misunderstandings. I'm only interested in learning as much as possible so I can help my daughter be a better hitter. There is a ton of good information from people like you and I certainly appreciate the hitting clips that you posted. Thank you again. I think that my daughter has slowed her hips down or forgotten about them, and this has caused a loss of power sometimes, and for sure too many balls to the right side of the field.
