Fielders choice or hit?

I didnt really see what I would consider errors or FC scored as hits off in preseason or conference play. It would have been nice for her ERA if they did!

If they reach on an error, or if runs are scored after what would have been the third out they’re unearned runs.

Right but didn't you say the scorer giving the other team more hits would lower her ERA??? Like I said I probably misunderstood what you were saying..

I meant scoring fewer hits and more errors would reduce ERA. Must have misphrased it.
