I think this drill can help correct a fault for my DD. It is hard to describe and its slight but she gets a little forward as they show not to do in this video but then she adds another element of dipping her right shoulder to compensate so she is not swinging down on the ball. She has good bat speed but I believe this posture is causing inconsistency in making solid contact. It also makes it harder for her to hit balls up in the zone.
