If your student is smoking line drives to the opposite field; blasting rockets to the pull gap and lifting moon shots to pull side, have some promotional flyers to pass out to the parents in the stands?

There is some truth to proper trajectories in BP. Not so much in games. Timing changes drastically. As it should..

So let me get this straight.. if I tell a kid to extend they are gonna look like HOFer Cal Ripken?

I want them to look like the real Ripken as he swung in games.

Not like the clown show he's doing for these poor kids.

I do agree getting to extension wo resistance is a bad cue. But coupled w good sequencing/resistance is a must. How else do you crack the end of the whip?

For me, posture is keeping the head and spine aligned (straight). Hip hinge creates thoracic tilt, which is often referred to as posture.

This isn’t golf where you can crack a whip at a specific point with the ball just sitting there on a tee.
