Expectations of a team with paid coaches?

It goes to show the level of prepardness and skill of the coach. It seems to me that a good coach could make do in a pinch, but would plan ahead to make sure he/she had the tools to coach a good practice/tournament.

Looks like I got an answer. Head of the organization just sent me an email saying the team will have a new coach this fall.
