Or just one. My daughter's school has a chain link fence with a solid roof and bench for the away team. The home team has something like concrete block, roof, chain link in front and for ventilation, water fountain, juice bar, fans, the works. (Probably not that nice, but you can clearly tell which dugout is for the home team.)
I thought we were supposed to be sensitive to the coach's hearing.
If your team is dogging it out there, threaten to shut them in and ship them off to China.

Yep beautiful dugouts.
They fundraised for them 5 years ago
Cinder block, we were thinking about using the same contractor but heard it wasn't smooth

Have you looked at PreCast? Not sure of the cost, but quality is great because they are cast in a warehouse and you only have to worry about site prep. https://easisetbuildings.com/images...s-brochures/Easi-Set-product-sheet-Dugout.pdf
Another low cost option may be to reach out to the Tech School. They have design, carpentry, metal fab, etc.
