Thank you everyone. I didn't realize this post got bumped back up. Since I posted that video, DD has gone to a hitting camp and lessons with the most recommended coach in our area. She has shown significant improvement mechanically and mentally. While she still has some ugly looking swings up at the plate, she is now able to feel the difference and self-correct on the very next swing. If I can get some game video when we start up again in Sept, I'll post it. Thanks.

Her front arm is barred a little. See if it helps to lead with that front elbow. In the video, her top hand is controlling the swing. JMO
