DC Elite DC Grays RBI Winter work outs start January 3rd 2020 and we will host Howard University coach Victoria Tyson Hitting and Pitching clinics on Mondays and Fridays at the Washingon Nationals Youth Acadmey. The sessions will run during the month of January on Mondays (Pitchers & Catchers) and Fridays (Hitting) 8 pm to 10 pm with each session being 60 min and during the sessions open skills sessions will take place for all players not participating in the hour sessions. Sessions will cost $20.00 per player per session for those who participate in Coach Tyson’s hitting pitching and catchers sessions, pitchers may be required to bring a catcher based on number of catchers signed up. Wear turf shoes and be prepared for outside work if weather permits. All player are required to bring a notebook and take notes at sessions.
All sessions will be at the Nationals Youth Acadmey Indoor training room 3675 Ely Pl. SE WDC 20019

Session 1 beginner intermediate Pitcher Catcher 8-9 pmMondays
Session 2 Advanced Pitcher Catcher 9-10 pm Mondays
During sessions skills development will take place and conducted by DC Elite at no cost for those not participating in Coach Tyson sessions.
Fridays
Session 1 hitting session one 8-9 pm Mondays
Session 2 hitting session two 9-10 pm Mondays
Numbers of hitting sessions will be determined based on number of players hitting sessions are limited to 20 players per session.
