Your Organization doesn't take a cut of your games? We do get $60 a game now ( raise this year). So leave the game with $54 not too bad, but we get a W2 at end of season so we still have to pay taxes on that.

I belong to two at the moment (one right here and another about 30 minutes away), both are $30 annual dues. That gives you discounted or free clinics and puts you on their distribution list for when people need a replacement. The associations do not do any assigning. Neither is worth the $30, IMO.
I wish our associations would step up and advocate for us!
High school ball can be anywhere from $45 (only a few low-paying schools) to $60 (only a few high-paying schools) for a varsity game. Most are $50-$55. Varsity + some JV innings is usually around $80 (high-end $90).
Summer ball is $40/game.
