Continous Batting order Question

This is my first time putting the order together and will be using the continuous order for the the 12 girls.

My question is do I have to put the 9 that are starting on defense listed first in order or can I mix in the 3 that are not starting on defense?

You can put them where ever you want... You will also have free defensive subs as well

Thanks, I thought so but being rookie wasn't sure. I even dug through the ASA rules last night.

ASA doesn't allow bat the roster or unlimited substitution. Those are local rules created by your league/assc they should have a document that lists the ASA rule exceptions they take (time limits, bat the roster, max runs per inning, etc..)
