I just bought a LS Mendozza composite and it says not to use below 60 degrees. The bat will be used by my 10U team.

My question is do I have to stick to that 60 mark or if it is above 50 and since the kids are younger and not really pushing the swing envelope is that ok?

Fist composite I have purchased don't want to ruin a $100 bat.

DD has the Dimarini CF3 Black. She keeps it in a sleeve and has used it at well below 60 degrees.

DD is 13 and hits hard. No damage yet...
