The Jamboree is an invite only event. They would have had to attend one of the Tryouts and/or highly recommended from a highly reputable TB coach. Not sure what's even happening with OnDeck this year. But yes, THE best 3rd party evaluation system that carries the most weight. Typically need to be D1 talent to get invited.
