Does anyone have experience with the strength program from Courtney? Called Banded Pitching System? Looking for a workout program and outside of a few people, I haven't seen reviews on this. Or is there a program you can recommend? COVID closed down the gyms in the area and she used to do crossfit so now looking for something at home. Thanks
