So here is our progression after working hard for the last few months. Still biggest problem I feel is right palm turns over and arm straightens. We do so many drills without the ball which look perfect then when we pitch full it happens!

Fantastic progress. Much faster than with my DD. She should be proud. She'll be full IR in no time.

I always use a lot of slingshot when teaching IR. It's so much easier to get the arm /hand in the right position to whip the ball.
