Everyone seems to be ignoring the obvious question: should you actually be playing A grade? If you are consistently losing and losing big, it could be that the talent level of the other teams is simply more than your team can handle. That happens.

There's no shame in playing at the appropriate level. While winning isn't everything, losing all the time isn't fun either. Sure, you get better by playing better competition, but there's also a point where you have to be able to compete against that better competition. It gets very discouraging to lose all the time.

I don't know your team, so maybe A grade is the right level and there's another problem. All I'm saying is take a good, hard look at your team and decide honestly if you're playing where you should be. It could save you a lot of heartache in the future.
