Great reminders - even though I'd read this not that long ago. Got me thinking that with my dd starting to have some victory with keeping her weight back a bit more at release, maybe that is contributing to change-up and rise starting to come in too high a lot lately. It's always something to work on isn't it

Always! But that's the part that makes it fun! Alternate change up and rise ball since they should have slightly different weight positions!
